Shipping
information
PO
Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service),
all other shipments are normally shipped via UPS (United Postal Service) or USPS
as appropriate.
You should receive your order in 5 to 7 days from shipment date.
All orders of stocked items are shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of
order. Express orders are available at an additional cost upon request.
Orders are generally shipped quickerly, however, since some of our products
are custom made to order, we may require additional time to produce
the quality product demanded. If there is an unusual delay in filling
an order we will notify you by email.
Return
Policy
Any
claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Dog Days USA within five
(5) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Dog Days USA by email
or by phone.

Damaged Shipments
We
carefully pack every order to make sure that it arrives to you undamaged and we
have had excellent success in safe deliveries. In the event that your shipment
arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
1.
Do NOT ship the package back to us.
2. Keep all packaging (including the damaged merchandise) in its original carton
for at least 7 business days, since UPS may wish to inspect the package.
3. Contact Us. We will contact UPS and ship out a replacement item as soon as
possible.
4. UPS will contact you to confirm and decide what they want to do with the package.
5. UPS will either contact you or us and advise on what procedure to follow.

We
accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Please be sure to provide the correct billing
address (where your credit card company sends you your monthly statement) or the
order will not go through.

Checks
or Money Orders
To
pay with Check or Money Order, while you are on the Order Form, please select
Check/Money Order as the option for the Method of Payment. Print out your completed
order with your Order Number and mail it to:
